About us

Our main activity is the laser cutting of burnouts thicknesses from of 0.5 mm to 80 mm for black and stainless steel. We are able to cut even very small hole diameters up to 10% of the material thickness without an undercut. We also perform bending, chamfering and drilling of threads. For these activities, we are equipped with 30 KW and 12 KW laser burning centers with tables with dimensions of 6500 x 2500 and 4000 x 2000 mm, a beveling machine, a press brake and a table and magnetic drill.

We also now offer profiles laser cutting up to 350x350 mm in diameter, wall thickness up to 14 mm and length 12 m.

Another activity is the design, sale, installation and service of conveyor lines with a special focus on vertical transport. For this segment of transport technologies, we represent NERAK, a renowned German manufacturer of vertical conveyors, on the Czech and Slovak markets. NERAK systems are suitable both for the transport of loose mixtures by bucket conveyors and for the transport of packaging units such as pallets, boxes, crates, etc. different types of elevators.

The third area we focus on is cooperative production focused mainly on rolling, honing and galvanic plating of hydraulic cylinders and rods. Long and slanted holes and other associated operations. We also offer welding and machining capacities.

Záměrem projektu bylo pořízení ohraňovacího lisu s lisovacími nástroji a dalším nezbytným příslušenstvím, který naší společnosti umožní rozšířit výrobní sortiment o výrobky/služby, které nebyly dříve v provozovně vyráběny. Konkrétně se pak jedná o zavedení nového produktu/služby - ohýbání výpalků.
