Laser cutting

Our company owns a laser cutting center Hans Lasers, with a power of 12 kW, where we can cut up to 45 mm thickness for carbon steel and up to 50 mm for stainless steel materials. We can also cut holes up to 10% of the material thickness and cut carbon steels up to a thickness of 16 mm with nitrogen, ie. without the formation of heat-affected areas (possibility to cut the threads etc).

Materials:

• Carbon steel: up to 40 - 45 mm
• Stainless steel: up to 50 mm

Technical parameters of the machine:

• Maximum length: 4,000 mm
• Maximum width: 2,000 mm
• Tolerance: +/- 0.1 mm
