Bevelling for welding

 

We use the UZ 15 Rapid bevelling system for weld preparation UZ 15 Rapid.

 

Technical parameters:

• The device is able to make a double-sided bevel (X, K).
• For ordinary steel (up to 600 MPa), brass, copper and aluminum.
• For beveling material with minimum dimensions - width 70 mm, length 150 mm, thickness 6 mm.
• Thickness of beveled material 6 - 40 mm.
• Bevel angle in the range from 15 ° to 50 ° continuously without the need to replace any part.
• The machine is equipped with automatic feed.
• Possibility of stationary and mobile use.
